Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to and use of ZoneEvo apps, websites, and connected services that link to them.

Acceptance

By creating an account, using a ZoneEvo app or service, purchasing credits, or using ZoneEvo pages that link to these Terms, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZoneEvo apps and services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use them only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.

Your Content

ZoneEvo apps may let you upload, create, store, and process content such as profile information, photos, preferences, notes, prompts, associated information, and generated outputs. Depending on the app, this may include media uploads, user-defined preferences, metadata, and generated media or text.

  • As between you and ZoneEvo, you retain the rights you have in content you upload and in generated outputs, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, model terms, and these Terms.
  • You grant ZoneEvo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transform, display, and transmit your content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and support the service and provide features you request. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except to the extent continued retention is permitted by our Privacy Policy or required by law.
  • You must have the rights and consent needed for any images, likenesses, text, or other content you submit. Do not upload images of other people without their permission.

AI Features

ZoneEvo apps may use automated and AI systems to analyse user-provided content, organise information, search your saved data, plan or recommend results, remove backgrounds, edit images, and generate images or other outputs. To provide a requested feature, selected content and profile attributes may be processed by contracted AI or image-processing providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • AI results may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, unsafe for a particular context, or visually different from your real clothing or appearance. Review outputs before relying on them.
  • Generated text, information, and images may be similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee uniqueness.
  • Do not use AI features to create or process illegal, exploitative, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing content.

Credits And Purchases

Some features require consumable credits. We may offer free credits for trial purposes, which are subject to specific usage limits and availability. Purchased credits are handled through applicable app stores, payment providers, and purchase-management providers. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, abuse, or account corrections. Refunds are handled under the applicable app store or payment provider rules unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  • The number of credits required for a feature is displayed before you confirm the request. Requirements may change for future requests, but the displayed amount at confirmation governs that request unless an obvious error is identified before processing begins.
  • Free credits are one-time and non-renewable; once consumed, you must purchase credits to continue using features that require credits. Additionally, free usage is subject to individual daily caps and system-wide daily limits to ensure fair access. If these limits are reached, free credit usage will be suspended until the next day (UTC reset).
  • If free credits are exhausted or unavailable, a request may use available purchased credits only where the applicable product flow discloses that behaviour. You are responsible for reviewing the displayed credit requirement before confirming a request.
  • Some credit-using features may take time to process. We may reserve credits while processing is pending, apply the credits when processing is completed, or return reserved credits when processing cannot be completed according to our records.
  • Duplicate requests, failed processing, refunds, and chargebacks may be reconciled through our purchase and credit records. We may correct balances to reflect completed work, provider failures, payment-provider decisions, fraud prevention, or operational errors.
  • The service may display banner, interstitial, contextual, or personalized advertising depending on account status, region, age treatment, privacy choices, and platform permissions. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, purchasing credits does not create a permanent ad-free entitlement. Advertising will be delivered subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activity includes:

  • Using the service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Harassing, exploiting, impersonating, or violating the privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of another person.
  • Uploading or generating nude, sexually explicit, exploitative, abusive, hateful, violent, or non-consensual intimate content, especially content involving minors.
  • Bypassing security, authentication, rate limits, payment systems, or access controls.
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, automated abuse, resale of the service, or using the service to build a competing service without permission.

Third-Party Services

ZoneEvo apps and services rely on third-party platforms and processors for functions such as authentication, storage, diagnostics, AI and image processing, purchases, app distribution, advertising, location search, and weather. Their availability and processing may be governed by their own terms and policies. ZoneEvo is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Availability And Changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, prices, credits, models, providers, or the service at any time. We try to maintain reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Suspension And Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay, abused credits, or used the service unlawfully. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-available basis. AI and other digital features may assist with fashion, organisation, or productivity but do not provide medical, legal, financial, safety, or other regulated professional advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every result will be accurate, unique, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation Of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of non-excludable consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those exceptions and to the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoneEvo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these Terms. Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, website, or other appropriate means. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
