Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to and use of ZoneEvo apps, websites, and connected services that link to them.

Acceptance

By creating an account, using a ZoneEvo app or service, purchasing credits, or using ZoneEvo pages that link to these Terms, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZoneEvo apps and services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use them only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.

Your Content

ZoneEvo apps may let you upload, create, store, and process content such as profile information, photos, preferences, notes, prompts, associated information, and generated outputs. Depending on the app, this may include media uploads, user-defined preferences, metadata, and generated media or text.

  • As between you and ZoneEvo, you retain the rights you have in content you upload and in generated outputs, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, model terms, and these Terms.
  • You grant ZoneEvo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transform, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
  • You must have the rights and consent needed for any images, likenesses, text, or other content you submit. Do not upload images of other people without their permission.

AI Features

ZoneEvo apps may use AI to analyze user-provided content, organize information, search user data, plan or recommend results, remove backgrounds, edit images, and generate images or other outputs. AI features may rely on third-party AI and image-processing providers.

  • AI results may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, unsafe for a particular context, or visually different from your real clothing or appearance. Review outputs before relying on them.
  • Generated text, information, and images may be similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee uniqueness.
  • Do not use AI features to create or process illegal, exploitative, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing content.

Credits And Purchases

Some AI features require consumable credits. We may offer free credits for trial purposes, which are subject to specific usage limits and availability. Purchased credits are handled through applicable app stores, payment providers, and purchase-management providers. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, abuse, or account corrections. Refunds are handled under the applicable app store or payment provider rules unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  • Feature credit requirements are presented in the applicable service and may change over time. We do not promise that a feature will always require the same number of credits.
  • Free credits are subject to individual daily caps and system-wide daily limits to ensure fair access. If these limits are reached, free credit usage will be suspended until the next day (UTC reset).
  • If your free credits are exhausted or limited, the system will automatically fall back to using any available purchased credits to complete your request.
  • Some credit-using features may take time to process. We may reserve credits while processing is pending, apply the credits when processing is completed, or return reserved credits when processing cannot be completed according to our records.
  • Duplicate requests, failed processing, refunds, and chargebacks may be reconciled through our purchase and credit records. We may correct balances to reflect completed work, provider failures, payment-provider decisions, fraud prevention, or operational errors.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activity includes:

  • Using the service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Harassing, exploiting, impersonating, or violating the privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of another person.
  • Uploading or generating nude, sexually explicit, exploitative, abusive, hateful, violent, or non-consensual intimate content, especially content involving minors.
  • Bypassing security, authentication, rate limits, payment systems, or access controls.
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, automated abuse, resale of the service, or using the service to build a competing service without permission.

Third-Party Services

ZoneEvo apps and services depend on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, diagnostics, analytics, AI processing, image processing, payments, app distribution, advertising, location, and weather features. Your use of features connected to those providers may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Availability And Changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, prices, credits, models, providers, or the service at any time. We try to maintain reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Suspension And Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay, abused credits, or used the service unlawfully. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. ZoneEvo apps may provide productivity, AI, or other digital assistance, but they do not provide professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoneEvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, website, or other appropriate means. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
