Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the app or by contacting our support team.

When you delete your account, we process the deletion of your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Credits reserved for tasks that are still in progress are used when account deletion cancels those tasks, even if a task did not finish; credits already used for completed work remain charged.

Deleted from active account systems: your authentication account, profile, uploaded photos, closet and outfit content, generated results, and other account content, subject to successful processing and the exceptions below.

May be retained in a restricted, limited financial archive: purchase, refund, credit-ledger, execution-settlement, consent, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, security, and deletion-request records only while reasonably necessary for those purposes or as legally required. Task inputs, checkpoints, provider responses, generated media, and other account content are not archived. Providers may also retain records under their applicable legal obligations and deletion cycles.

Timing: We begin processing promptly after verification. Deletion from active systems may take up to 30 days. The limited financial archive is reviewed for deletion when its documented financial, security, dispute, or legal purpose expires; residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, caches, pending processing, or provider systems until ordinary deletion cycles complete. We restrict retained records and do not use them to continue personalizing the deleted account.
