We believe you should have full control over your data. Follow these steps to request the deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the app or by contacting our support team.

  • 1. Open the app. 2. Go to Profile. 3. Tap 'Delete Account' and follow the confirmation steps.
  • Alternatively, email us at support@zoneevo.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'.

What Data is Deleted or Kept

When you delete your account, we process the deletion of your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

Deleted: Your profile information and all user-generated content will be permanently removed from our active systems.

Kept: Purchase history and financial records may be retained for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution purposes as required by law.

Retention Period: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Backup copies of your data may remain in our secure archives for up to 90 days before being completely overwritten.
