Refund, Dispute & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, disputes, cancellations, and credit returns work for ZoneEvo apps and connected services.

Scope

This policy applies to ZoneEvo apps, websites, and connected services that sell or use digital credits, consumable digital products, AI processing, or similar paid features. It supplements our Terms of Use and does not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Digital Credits

ZoneEvo services may sell digital credits that can be used for AI-enabled features, image processing, outfit generation, or other paid digital actions shown in the service.

  • Purchased credits are delivered digitally to the relevant account or purchase system after the payment is completed and confirmed.
  • Some paid features may reserve credits while processing is pending, then consume those credits when processing completes.
  • If processing cannot be completed according to our records, reserved credits may be returned automatically to the account balance.

When Refunds May Be Available

Refunds are reviewed case by case. A refund may be available when the issue is supported by our payment, account, or credit records.

  • A duplicate charge or accidental duplicate purchase occurred.
  • Purchased credits were paid for but were not delivered to the relevant account or purchase system.
  • A paid feature failed and credits were consumed without a completed result or automatic credit return.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer law, app-store rules, payment-provider rules, or other binding requirements.

When Refunds Are Not Usually Available

Because credits are consumable digital products and paid features can incur third-party processing costs, some purchases are generally not refundable once delivered or used.

  • Credits that have already been used for completed AI processing, image processing, generated outputs, or other completed digital actions are generally not refundable.
  • Completed digital outputs, generated images, analysis results, or similar fulfilled digital services are generally not refundable because the service has already been performed.
  • Refunds may be refused where records indicate abuse, fraud, policy violations, payment circumvention, or misuse of the service.

Cancellations

Standard credit purchases are one-time digital purchases and do not create a recurring subscription to cancel. A purchase usually cannot be cancelled after credits have been delivered, but you may request a refund review under this policy. If a ZoneEvo service later offers subscriptions or reservations, cancellation terms will be shown in that service or purchase flow.

Disputes And Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@zoneevo.com before opening a dispute so we can investigate the payment and credit records. Chargebacks and disputes may result in credit balance corrections, account restrictions, or access limitations where needed to prevent fraud, abuse, or unpaid use of the service.

How To Request A Refund

To request a refund review, contact support@zoneevo.com. We may need to verify the account and review purchase, credit, and feature-processing records before making a decision.

  • The email address or account identifier connected to the purchase.
  • The purchase date, amount, receipt, order ID, payment reference, or app-store transaction details if available.
  • A short description of the issue, including whether credits were missing, duplicated, reserved, consumed, or connected to a failed feature.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through the relevant payment provider, app store, or purchase-management provider. Processing times depend on the provider, card network, bank, and payment method. We may adjust credit balances or entitlements after a refund, dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal.
