- Location and voice-related information, including city or place names you search for, coordinates resolved from a selected place that are used temporarily to fetch weather conditions, weather results stored with the related feature data, and speech recognition text when you choose to use voice input.
Service Providers
We engage service providers to perform services on our behalf, including hosting, authentication, storage, security, analytics, diagnostics, payment support, AI processing, image processing, location and weather lookup, and customer support.
- Account and authentication providers help manage account creation, sign-in, password reset, authenticated sessions, and related security checks.
- Hosting and storage providers store account records, profile information, user content, generated results, images, preferences, and credit-related records.
- Operational service providers help process requests, purchases, image-processing features, AI-enabled features, support workflows, and service maintenance.
- Security and anti-abuse providers help confirm that requests come from legitimate apps, websites, devices, or browsers.
- Diagnostics and analytics providers may collect crash reports, error information, usage events, and device identifiers to help us understand aggregate product usage, reliability, and stability.
- AI and service-management providers help us operate features, process prompts and images, and generate or analyze content when a feature requires it.
AI Processing
Some ZoneEvo apps include AI-enabled features that may analyze user-provided content, generate information, improve search, provide recommendations, or create images and other outputs. Inputs and outputs may include uploaded photos, profile attributes, and other user-generated data.
- When you use an AI-enabled feature, we may process images, prompts, preferences, profile attributes, and user content to classify items, summarize information, recommend results, or generate outputs.
- We may process your content to make search and recommendations available within your account.
- For recommendation or generation features, we may provide summarized inputs, selected content, and preferences to AI service providers so they can produce a result for you.
- For image processing and generated imagery, we may provide limited access to selected images, prompts, and reference images to image-processing service providers as necessary to provide the feature.
- Generated information and images are stored so you can view, retry, or manage your content and results. AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs generated for other users.
Purchases And Credits
ZoneEvo apps may use payment processors, app stores, and purchase-management providers to sell consumable credits or other digital products. These providers may send purchase or refund information to us so we can update your credit balance, entitlements, and purchase records.
- We maintain purchase and credit records, including credits added, reserved, used, adjusted, or returned. Credits may be reserved while a paid feature is processing and returned if processing cannot be completed.
- Credit amounts, product availability, and feature availability may vary and may change over time. This policy describes the categories of information processed for purchases and credits, not current prices or credit amounts.
Weather And Location Lookup
Some features can use city search and weather providers to help fill in location or weather context. When you submit that context, we store the resulting location name, weather, and temperature with the related feature data, not the raw coordinates from the lookup.
Device Permissions
ZoneEvo apps may ask for device permissions such as camera, photo library, microphone, notifications, or similar access when a feature needs them. You can control these permissions from your device settings, but disabling them may limit related features.
How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the services, including account management, authentication, storage, image processing, generated results, and customer support.
- To personalize features, recommendations, search results, and generated outputs based on the information and preferences you provide.
- To prevent abuse, verify service integrity, enforce authenticated access, investigate errors, monitor stability, and protect users and the service.
- To process credit purchases, refunds, reservations, usage, adjustments, and related transaction records.

Retention And Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support purchases and accounting records.
- Account, profile, and user-generated content records are generally kept while your account is active or until they are deleted through the app or by support request.
- When profile photos, uploaded content, or account records are replaced or deleted, we remove related stored files subject to operational and legal limitations.
- Crash and diagnostic data are retained according to the practices of our diagnostics providers and our operational needs.
- Purchase, refund, and credit records may be kept longer where needed for fraud prevention, financial records, accounting, tax, or dispute handling.
Security And International Transfers
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication, security checks, and encryption features provided by our service providers. - We do not use your user-generated content or profile photos for advertising. The app may display ads served by third-party networks; you can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
Children
ZoneEvo apps and services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
